- New Business Manager - Property/Estate Agency - Birmingham

The Think Tank Group (www.thethinktankgroup.co.uk) is rapidly expanding Letting Agency with offices in Leeds, Bradford and Manchester.

Due to our continued growth, we're now looking for a New Business Manager to start a new office in Birmingham.

The position will be based from home where you will have access to our superb website, allowing you to upload properties that you bring into the business, and help rent or sell those properties to the thousands of clients we have visiting our site each week.

The position is very similar to starting to your own business, but with the support of a larger company behind you to provide you with continued Branding and Marketing support, training, stationery, etc

You will have the whole of the Birmingham area with which to bring properties onto our books using our tried and tested methods of getting new business. As well as Lettings and Sales, you will also have the opportunity to sell our Supperb range of furniture packages, designed specifically for Landlords, within the Birmingham area.

As well as a Basic Salary, there is a superb progressive commission structure, a Brand New Peugot 207, Mobile phone and laptop.

This position would suit someone with a keen interest in property, but a Sales led attitude is very important too.

- Part Time Cleaner in Leeds Required (hours to suit)

The Think Tank Group are looking for a reliable cleaner for our properties in Leeds City Centre, and some general Domestic Cleaning duties such as Ironing, washing and drying clothes, that sort of thing.

We're able to offer a competitive wage for the right person, your own transport would be a huge advantage as would the ability to work on your own.
